Information for parents

The Registration Form is to be filled and submitted to the School Office within three days of issuance.

Incomplete or illegible Registration Form and without Photographs & Signatures will not be accepted.

Date for Test / Observation and Interaction will be given at the time of Registration.

At the time of Registration, the following documents are to be submitted : -
(a) Completed and Signed Registration Form
(b) Five Colour Passport size photographs pasted at the appropriate places in the Registration Form and the Admit Cards
(c) Photocopy of proof of Date of birth ( Issued by the Municipal Corporation or any Competent Authority ) of candidate seeking admission to classes Nursery, KG I, KG II & Grade I

KG II

The following documents will be required to be submitted at the time of admission :-
(a) Transfer Certificate
(b) Report Card of Previous Class
(c) Address Proof
(d) Medical Certificate
(e) Blood Group Certificate
(f) Parent's Undertaking, if any.

• Registration does not imply admission. Admission is subject to the result of the Admission Test, Observation, Interaction, and the availability of seats.
• Admission to Nursery, KG I, KG II and Grade I will be through observation / interaction only.
• There will be a Written Test followed by interaction for students seeking admission from Grade II to Grade VIII.
• Both parents should be present at the time of observation / Interaction.
• Care must be taken to ensure that the Date of Birth filled in the Registration Form tallies with the date on the original Birth Certificate or Transfer Certificate.
• In case more than one child has been called for Observation / Interaction, parents can make a request for conducting both the processes on the same day.
• In case the registration is not done within 3 days of obtaining the Registration Form, the same can be done on payment of a late fine of Rs. 200. However, this option can be exercised only within 10 days of the issue of the Registration Form.
